Jacquelyn Carter is the President of the Virtual Immersive Solutions for Training & Advancement (VISTA VR) and the Inventor of the Not Reaching Pouch. She is also the former President of the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS). Jacquelyn has an Associate of Arts Degree in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master of Science Degree in Legal Studies, and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice. She formerly served on the Community Advisory Board in Alexandria. Jacquelyn is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia.
Wayne Carter serves on the Board of Directors of VISTA VR and is a former Board Vice-Chair of the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS). Wayne has partnered with law enforcement officers to train communities (teen drivers) on safe traffic stops procedures, including de-escalation techniques for traffic stop safety. Wayne is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia.
Valerie Castile is the CEO and President of the Philando Castile Relief Foundation. Valerie relocated to Minnesota in 1987 to provide a better life for her then only child, Philando. Her beloved son was murdered by a police officer in July 2016 in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Since then, Valerie Castile has dedicated herself to helping families who have lost a loved one by gun violence; she founded the Philando Castile Relief Foundation (PCRF) in honor of her son. Philando often paid for students' lunches out of his own pocket if they didn't have enough money. In June 2019, Valerie joined Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar and Senator Tina Smith in introducing the No Shame At School Act, legislation which prohibits schools from shaming children who are unable to pay for their school lunch. Valerie is the main catalyst of the Philando Castile Omnibus Bill (HF784) that was recently introduced in the Minnesota House of Representatives to end systemic racism in Minnesota and help stabilize Minnesota’s African American families and communities. Valerie is a resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Nancy Hernandez is the Executive Assistant to the President at Virtual Immersive Solutions for Training & Advancement (VISTA VR) and was previously the Executive Assistant to the President at the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS). She is a motivated professional with extensive experience in the administrative field. Nancy is currently pursuing her degree in Cybersecurity and is also bilingual in Spanish. Nancy is a skilled photographer and producer.
Anuj Kommareddy is the co-founder of Organize (organizeapp.org), the world's first-ever non-profit website to collaborate with others in your community to hold police officers accountable for their actions. Prior to Organize, Anuj was a senior leader at Uber Technologies as well as an angel investor in early-stage technology companies. Anuj was born and raised in Los Angeles.
Sean Michael Lojacono is from Washington, DC. He graduated from Gonzaga College High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland. Sean was employed as a police officer for Metropolitan Police Department from 2014-2019.
Jonathan Parham is a career law enforcement officer with nearly 30 years of experience; with 25 of those years being served with the Linden Police Department, where he retired as Chief of Police; the first African American to hold that position. Following his retirement from the Linden Police Department, Jonathan served as Administrative Undersheriff with the Union County Sheriff’s Office where he provided oversight for the Internal Affairs Unit, the Professional Standards Unit, and the Legal Process Unit. Parham also served as the Director of County-Wide Police Policy, Planning and Training with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office where he worked with the Office of the Attorney General’s Use Of Force Working Group revising the Use Of Force Attorney General Directive. Parham is currently the Police Director for the Rahway Police Department. Parham holds a Master of Administrative Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a graduate of the West Point Command and Leadership school and holds a certificate in Public Safety Liability and Mitigation from Richard Stockton University. Parham is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager program at Rutgers University, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Union County College in Cranford, NJ.
Stanley Shelton began his career at the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Human Resources Assistant in 2016. In this role, he regularly interacted with employees at all levels of the organization and within six months, Stanley was promoted to a HR Specialist within the Veterans Integrated Service Network. He formerly served as a Human Resources Specialist at the Food and Drug Administration in Washington, DC. and is currently a Lead Human Resources Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC. Stanley received his MBA from Drexel University LeBow School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, and an Associates in Science degree from Delaware County Community College. Stanley enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new cultures while traveling, watching sports, and staying current on the top business and technology trends.
Aajonna St. John is a visionary who provides great insight as a Board Member. Currently a sophomore at the University of Central Florida where she is studying psychology, Aajonna is enthusiastic about her post-secondary education and service to her community. She is an honor student who works full-time in the service industry and has been instrumental in bridging the gap with the Gen Z generation and educating them on relevant topics. Aajonna resides in Orlando, Florida.
Andrew Thompson is the founder Hayagrivar Cloud LLC, a cloud development company and is a senior consultant for the Securities Exchange Commission. Andrew was formerly the Treasurer of the Alliance for Safe Traffic Stops (ASTS) and is currently the Secretary / Treasurer of the Virtual Immersive Solutions for Training & Advancement (VISTA VR). Andrew has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer information Systems, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master’s in Computer Information Systems. He resides in Alexandria, VA.
